The factory-set value for the control temperature difference is 10 °C.
If the temperature difference between the two sensors exceeds the set value, the pump starts. In hot water production systems, one sensor is placed on the heat absorber or outlet water connection of the solar collector, and the other is placed in the measuring sleeve of the tank. Thus, the pump operates when the temperature of the antifreeze (water) extracted from the collector is higher than that of the water in the tank.
With the collector cooling function, the pump starts at a collector temperature of 110 °C even if the tank temperature is adequate, thus cooling the collector.
With the tank cooling function, the tank is cooled down at night if it has warmed up above the set value during the day and cooling down has not occurred with evening water use.
In direct mode, the pump can be operated regardless of the temperatures. This function can be accessed by changing the jumper on the upper left side of the panel. Each output has a jumper and 3 pins above each other. If the jumper is on the lower two pins, the output works automatically. If the jumper is moved to the upper two pins, the output will operate continuously until the controller is switched off or the jumper is moved back to the lower two pins. If the jumper is removed, the output will not operate. It is only used during commissioning, for example, for venting purposes.
For installation, connection, and parameter modification, it is advisable to move the cover to the open position.
The controllers are manufactured with a Hungarian (or other language upon request) menu system. The parameters are set in the same way as the universal controller.
Upon request, an online online module can be connected to it, which provides remote access.
Installation, commissioning
If you request, we will also install the device, but you can also install it yourself or have it installed by a local specialist.
If it turns out on site after production and commissioning that any of the parameters need to be modified, you can do it yourself by entering the menu. Or if you don't want this, we will send you a replacement chip in an envelope with the modified parameters free of charge (please return the old chip). You can also send the controller back for reprogramming, but this is the most expensive way due to the double postage, which you would be charged.
However, if the logic of operation also needs to be changed, you cannot do it yourself. You will have to replace the chip or return the controller for reprogramming. I recommend replacing the chip.
Parameter modification:
The controllers are manufactured with a Hungarian (or other language upon request) menu system. There are two small buttons under the lower left plugs, either of which can be pressed to enter the menu system. The plug above them must be pulled out before starting the parameter setting. No description is needed for modifying the parameters, because the display always shows what can be adjusted and how. The video below was made about the universal controller, but the parameter modification process is the same.
Accessories
The controller comes with two temperature sensors with a 6 meter cable.
Sensor specification:
Outer diameter: 9 mm
Sensor cable length: 6 m
Maximum temperature: 125 ° C.
